Return & Refund Policy

1. If I request a replacement of any product that I have already buyed online, when will I get it?
There are two scenarios:
1.1: Replacement for Product that is not Picked up by Transporter from Apriyant Warehouse:When you have ordered a product online, but the product has not been picked up by Apriyant’s transporter from theirGodown or Warehouse for Shipment ( for this status, please check the SMS or email from Apriyant) to you, then in such cases, you can conduct a cancellation of order and order a replacement, i.e., order a fresh newproduct of the same type or any other type or category of product. For the cancelled order, the refund shall be conducted and for the fresh new product order, the order shall be executed by Apriyant.
1.2: Replacement for Product already Picked up by Transporter from Apriyant Warehouse: When you have ordered a product online, and the product has already been picked up by Apriyant’s transporter from theirGodown or Warehouse for Shipment ( for this status, please check the SMS or email from Apriyant) to you and the Product is in the transit stage, then in such cases, cancellation or replacement order is not possible, atleast during the transit period. Only when the Product reaches your doorstep through the transporters personnel, the replacement of order is acceptable by Apriyant, that also for following two instances only:
1.2.1: During Delivery Session at your Doorstep:If the Product is found to be damaged in transit or is found to be non-working, when you check the product in front of the delivery (field) person or courier person or transporting person, then replacement request has to be registered on the Apriyant Portal immediately citing reasons. You can then, either handover the Product back to the Transporter then and there itself. In such cases, only when the Product reaches our Apriyant Master Godown or Warehouse, the replacement of the Product shall be executed, else refund of payment back to your registered bank account shall be initiated.
1.2.2: Post Delivery at your Doorstep and within 30 Days Period from Date of Order: If the Product is found to be faulty within 30 days period from the date of order against fault observed in product is due to manufacturing defect, then replacement request for such faulty product has to be registered on the Apriyant Portal citing reasons by you seeking replacement. You can then either, yourself ship the product back to Apriyant Master Godown or Warehouse Address mentioned on the Portal, or alternatively you can contact our nearest Apriyant Platinum Franchisee located within the vicinity of your District area for support on replacement against manufacturing defect. In such cases, ultimately, when the faulty Productclaimed by you reaches our Customer Support Department (CSD) of Apriyant’s Master Godown or Warehouse, then the productis investigated, checked and reported by ourCSDto the ProductManufacturer’s authorized Customer Service Centre (CSC). If the Manufacture’s CSC approves the default of Product due to manufacturing defect, then the replacement is approvedenabling a replacement execution.Once the replacement is approval and okayed from Manufacturer Customer Support Centre, Apriyant replaces your product or in case, the availability of replacement product is not available, refund for the product shall be executed by Apriyant in your registered bank account number with us.
In case, the CSC of Manufacturer does not qualify the defect due to manufacturing defect but due to Customers mishandling or water spillage on product or spurious electrical surges to products or damage due accidental drop of product or either any other reasons not amounting to manufacturing defect, then such Service Inspection Report (SIP) is informed by Apriyant to you as repairable on additional charges,which can be treated for repair of fault either through Manufacturer’s authorized CSC or through Apriyant’s Platinum Apriyant Franchisee CSC, if it exist in your area.
1.2.3: Post Delivery at your Doorstep and within Warranty Period: If the Product is found to be faulty against manufacturing defect during the Warranty Period, then support request has to be registered either at our Device Bazaar’s Platinum Franchisee located within the vicinity of your District area for support on replacement against manufacturing defect or with the CSD of Master Customer Service Center of Apriyant’s Warehouse and Godown, from where the product shall be sent to the manufacturer’sauthorized service Centre. Further on acceptance of the fault due to manufacturing defect, the replacement shall be approved and executed by the Manufacturer’s Customer Support Centre. In such cases, Apriyant role is limited to coordination as a online distributor with the manufacturer and yourself. In such cases, if possible, Apriyant can link you to our nearest B2B Franchisee, who can not only support you forcoordinating in providing our services or support through the nearest customer support centre of manufacturer, but also ensures to provide you an extended additional warranty, support and customer care service at additional affordable cost prescribed by Apriyant as last mile support near your doorstep.

3. How do returns work?
You can raise a request to return your ordered productthrough these 4 simple steps:
3.1. Log into your Apriyant account
3.2. Go to My Orders
3.3. Click on 'Return' against the item you wish to return or exchange
3.4. Fill in the details and raise a return request
Once you raise a request, you'll get an email and SMS confirming that your request is being processed. Based on the item, your request may be automatically approved or you may be contacted for more details. If the request is approved, the item will be picked up after which you will get a replacement or refund. You can also track the status of your return request instantly from the 'My Orders' section of your Apriyant account.

1. 4. Can items be returned after the time period mentioned in the Apriyant's Returns Policy?
No, Apriyants shall not accept returns after the time period mentioned in the Apriyant's Returns Policy.

1. 5. Do I have to return the freebie when I return a product?
Yes, the freebie has to be returned along with the product.

1. 6. I see the 'Cancel' button but I can't click on it. Why?
A Greyed Out and Disabled 'Cancel' Button can mean any one of the following:
6.1: The item has been picked up from our Apriyant Godown or Warehouse and is in Transit stage to be delivered to your Doorstep
OR
6.2: The item has been delivered to you at your Doorstep and you have accepted the product with proper check-up from the delivery personnel .
OR
6.3: The item is non-refundable (e.g. Gift Card)

1. 7. What is the Buyer Protection Policy?
The Buyer Protection Policy mediates buyer-Apriyant disputes. In case a Apriyant declines your request for a return of an item and you are not convinced with the reason given, you can write to us at [email protected] for Buyer Protection. You can dispute the resolution that the Apriyant has shared for your issue until 45 days from the date of delivery and concern is looked into by us on a case-to-case basis.

1. 8. What should I do if I have an issue with my product after the return period?
You can get in touch with the brand or an authorised service centre of the brand to claim the warranty for your product (wherever applicable)

1. 9. What are the checks done for an item that I'm returning?
9.1: During pick-up by the delivery personnel OR during receipt at the CSD of Apriyant’s Warehouse & Godown or CSC of Manufacturer OR CSC of Platinum Franchisee of Apriyant, your product that you are returning for replacement, the following conditions regarding product shall be checked:

Correct Product
IMEI/ name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.

Complete Product
All in-the-box accessories (like remote control, starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, etc.), freebies and combos (if any) should be present.

Unused Product
The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/ warranty seals (wherever applicable). Before returning a Mobile/ Laptop/ Tablet, the device should be formatted and Screen Lock (Pin, Pattern or Fingerprint) must be disabled. iCloud lock must be disabled for Apple devices.

Undamaged Product
The product (including SIM trays/ charging port/ headphone port, back-panel etc.) should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.

Undamaged Packaging
Product's original packaging/ box should be undamaged.


9.2: Conditions of Replacement or Refund:
9.2.1: The field or courier or transporter or delivery person or executive, who delivers you the product as per sub-clause 1.2.1, may refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.
9.2.2: In case, you take the product for return or replacement of product to any of Platinum Franchisee of Apriyant as per sub-clauses 1.2.1 & 1.2.2, it may be refused to be accepted, if any of the above conditions are not met
9.2.3: For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the Apriyant at its CSD of Apriyant Master Godown & Warehouse.View a complete list of all non-returnable products here.

10. How can I return or exchange an item?
To return/exchange your order, follow these simple steps:
1. Go to My Orders
2. Choose the item you wish to return or exchange
3. Fill in the details
4. Choose Request Return.

11. When is a return of an item not possible?
Apriyants cannot accept returns of item(s) in the following cases:
1. When an item is damaged because of use or when it is not in the same condition as you received it
2. When any consumable item has been used or installed
3. When anything is missing from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies & accessories
4. When non-returnable items are involved such as innerwear. lingerie etc.
5. When items are tampered with or have missing serial numbers

12. How can I know the status of my refund?
You can visit 'My Orders' to know the status of your refund.
For orders cancelled before shipping, refunds are processed immediately. If the order has been shipped. refund will be processed as soon as the courier service provider confirms the return of the item(s).

13. What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?
The different refund modes available are:
13.1:Apriyant Wallet - available for orders with select products. You will get this option for eligible orders during cancellation
13.2:Back to source - available for orders with all Apriyants. The amount is refunded to the payment mode that was originally used to pay for the order
13.3: NEFT transfer - available for all Cash-on-Delivery orders. As per policy, cash refunds are not possible

14. When are refunds given?
Refunds are given when:
- The Apriyant cannot provide a replacement
- A dispute has been ruled in your favour in-line with Buyer Protection
- Apriyants allow refunds on select categories under certain conditions

15. I ordered wrong item. Can I return it?
The Apriyants' return policies don't support the return of item(s) ordered wrongly. You can refer the respective Apriyant's Returns policy on the product page.

16. What should I do if I find the package open or tampered on delivery?
You can request for the item to be replaced by visiting 'My Orders'. Use the 'Return' option & fill out the details of the issue so that we can help you.

17. Can I change the address for the pick-up the of item(s) in my order?
If the pin code of the new address is serviceable for pick-up, the address can be changed while creating the return. The address cannot be changed in case the new address is not serviceable.

18. Why have I been asked to ship the item?
When pickup facility is not available for your location as per the courier service providers, you may be asked to ship the item back to the CSD of Apriyant’s Master Warehouse or Godown OR alternatively you may be asked to ship the product to the nearest Platinum Franchisee of Apriyant within your District. Since the Apriyant can arrange for a refund or a replacement only after the item reaches them, please make sure that the item is sent to the address mentioned in the return related email within 14 days of the email being sent to you.
The Apriyant may not be able to proceed with the return request if the item does not reach the specified address within 14 days.

19. What is the pickup process?
Once your return or replacement or exchange request is accepted, the pickup of the originally delivered product will be scheduled. An SMS with more details will be sent to you on the day of the pickup.
In cases where pickup service is not available from the courier service providers at your location, you may be asked to ship the item back to the CSD of Apriyant’s Master Warehouse or Godown OR alternatively you may be asked to ship the product to the nearest Platinum Franchisee of Apriyant within your Districtwithin 14 days of the return related email being sent to you.

20. I have requested for a return for my item. When will it happen?
You can now track the status of your return easily right from your Apriyant account or mobile app. Just visit the 'My Orders' page to see its status along with the date of pick-up and status of your refund if applicable.
You will also receive an email & SMS with the details of your return.

21. I have requested a replacement, when will I get it?
You may visit 'My Orders' to check the status of your replacement. In most locations, the replacement item is delivered to you at the time of pick-up. In all other areas, the replacement is initiated after the originally delivered item is picked up. Please check the SMS & email that will be sent to you for your replacement request for more details.

22. I've still not received the refund in my bank account.
If you have received a mail from us confirming your refund request, it means that the refund has been initiated. You can also contact your bank with the ARN you would have received for an update on the status of your refund.
In the rare event of the amount not being credited by the date promised, you can contact us as we will work with the bank to get it done.

23. What are the refund timelines if I cancel or return a product?
The refund timelines will depend on the payment modes as listed below:
Debit card - 7-9 Business days
Credit - 7-9 Business days
Net banking - 3-7 business days
COD - IMPS, 1 Business days
EMI (Standard+No Cost+Debit Card) - 7- 9 Business days
Apriyant Pay Later - 24 to 48 hours
Gift Card - 24 hours
Apriyant Wallet:
ApriyantWallet - 24 hours
Apriyant UPI - 1 business day
Apriyant Credit/Debit card - 7 business days
Note: Refunds will be credited to the payment source used at the time of placing an order.
The mode of refund in case of payment through 'Cash on Delivery' will be IMPS

24. How will I get my refund for returning an item I paid for using 'Cash on Delivery' mode?
For orders placed using 'Cash on Delivery' as the payment mode, refunds can be processed to your bank account via Immediate Payment Service (IMPS). You can update the details of the bank account where you would like to receive the refund while creating the return request for an item.
You will need to update following information for the Apriyant to process a refund to your account:
The Bank Account Number
IFSC Code
Account Holder's Name
Bank Branch
Bank Name
IMPS refunds will typically be processed in one business day by Apriyants.

25. I have not received the reimbursement of my courier charges. What should I do?
Please follow the below-mentioned steps on our website to upload a scanned copy of the receipt from the courier service provider so that we can request the Apriyant for a reimbursement:
Go to Apriyant Help Center and select the relevant order for which the refund has been requested
From the issue types, choose 'Others' and select 'Email Us'
Now click on the attachment icon and select the image/document you wish to upload
Please include the return ID in your email and click 'Send Email'
After the verification, the amount will be refunded to you as a Gift Card in your Apriyant account.
Note: This amount is not withdrawable to your bank account.

26. How will I get my refund for returning an item I paid for with Cash on Delivery?
For your 'Cash on Delivery order, you will receive the refund in the form of NEFT. Please update your bank account details after you choose this option.

27. How long does it take to cancel an order?
Cancellation of item(s) in an order happens immediately if the order hasn't been shipped yet by the Apriyant. If your order has been shipped, it will be cancelled as soon as the courier service confirms that the shipment is being returned to the Apriyant. Orders from certain categories cannot be cancelled after 24 hours, please check the product page for more details.
